These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gomode.fit (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Go Mode LLC ("Go Mode," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract, to use the Site or purchase Products.
All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors at any time, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.
Orders are placed and payments processed through our e-commerce platform. By placing an order, you represent that the payment and shipping information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Subscribe & Save and pod-plan subscriptions renew automatically and will be billed to your payment method on file at the frequency selected (e.g., monthly) until canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the next billing date through your account or by emailing support@gomode.fit. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle; we do not provide refunds for the current cycle already billed.
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email; continuing your subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Go Mode Products use natural essential oils and are intended for topical scent-conditioning use as directed. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation occurs.
PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BEYOND THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED IN OUR RETURNS POLICY OR REQUIRED BY LAW.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Mode LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.
All content on the Site, including trademarks, logos, product designs, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Go Mode LLC and may not be used without our prior written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
