Go Mode LLC ("Go Mode," "we," "us," or "our") operates gomode.fit and sells the Go Mode neckband and scent pods (the "Products"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our site or purchase our Products.
We collect information you provide directly, including name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment details (processed by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers). We also collect order history, subscription preferences, and any information you submit through forms, waitlist signups, or customer support.
